It's time for Turkey to recognize

Հայոց Ցեղասպանություն - The Armenian Genocide 24 April 1915 - 24 April 2010

95 years since the genocide happened. For one, recognize. For two, let me shed some light on what happened lately with the whole Turkey and the world (USA?) recognizing the Armenian Genocide. The most recent is that it is still not recognized as a "genocide".

"US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has assured Turkey that the White House opposes a congressional resolution labeling the World War I massacres of Armenians in Turkey as genocide, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Monday."

But know that, we are all Armenians and we will not forget the preposterous acts and massacres that were done by Ottoman Turks on 24 April 1915. Today, I don't hate Turkey or Turkish people, I just hate the fact that they can simply google "Define: Genocide" and then read about what happened on that day, you WILL RECOGNIZE.

  1. A small correction:
It has been 95 years since the Genocide (maybe a typo in the article - you've mentioned 85).
